The Story

We began working with Perrigo in 2013, initially supporting Procurement hiring before expanding our scope to drive recruitment across the business, particularly within Digital and eCommerce. Our first major partnership with the Head of Digital & eCommerce focused on leading Perrigo’s digital transformation.

The objective: Establish a Centre of Excellence to optimise digital marketing strategies, capitalise on omnichannel retail opportunities, and scale eCommerce platforms for sustainable growth.

Following the first placement, we were trusted to build out her team, ensuring the right mix of digital specialists to support Perrigo's ambitions, from paid media and SEO experts to eCommerce platform managers and data-driven performance marketers.
