2.5 years ago, following a series of acquisitions and securing significant U.S. investment, Sazerac were in rapid growth mode. With ambitious plans to scale across the UK, they needed to increase headcount quickly. However, their in-house recruitment processes couldn’t keep up with the pace, and previous agency partnerships had fallen short- none had truly understood their unique hiring needs.
