Demand Planning Analyst

.Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast paced environment? I'm looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join the Operations planning team. You’ll play a key role in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and driving efficiency to support our planning functions. What You’ll Do Assess and map current planning workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for simplification. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document pain points, and define goals for automation. Redesign workflows to improve efficiency and reduce complexity. Extract, present, and visualize data using tools like SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Analysis Office. Generate demand planning reports Maintain and manage master data to support Power BI reports. Own the New Products and Finished Goods task to ensure seamless planning processes. Implement enhancements to reporting data and processes. What We’re Looking For A motivated, organized individual with excellent attention to detail. Strong ability to manage and analyze multiple sets of data in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and Analysis Office. A problem-solver who thrives on improving processes and delivering impactful results. Some experience in Demand Planning would be advantageous This is a hybrid role role where you'll be expected to be in the office in West London 2 times a week. The salary bracket for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus and benefits. Unfortunately sponsorship isn't available for this role.
