Operations Coordinator
We are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing eCommerce business in the Worcester area to help find an Operations Coordinator to play a key part in supporting the Production team. As the Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the 3PL partner to ensure quality control and delivery schedules are met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring delivery schedules are met from suppliers.
- Working with 3PL partner to raise queries for any missed deliveries.
- Quality control on goods in (delays, documentation, product quality).
- Building a good relationship with 3PL and work collaboratively.
- Getting stuck in with any warehouse activities required.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience with food or perishable products.
- Experience in quality control (temperature probing etc).
- Confident and driven person who isn’t afraid to escalate problems when they arise.
- Process improvement minded.
- Warehouse operations essential.
