Great opportunity for a Head of Sales to join an established, high growth, unique business within the consumer insights space.

Powered by best in class tech, they leverage consumer insights to drive ROI for their clients on both brand and agency side.

They elevate consumer voices, changing the way brands and advertisers interact.

You will be responsible for leading the new business function, with a growing team of business development managers reporting into you in a business which is in the process of expanding on a global level.

You would be responsible for leading on BD strategy and execution, implementing sales structure, overseeing pipeline, contributing to a number yourself and the overall sales leadership of the business.

A track record in leading teams to successful growth is essential for this role, along with being an outstanding contributor.

Experience in Saas is ideal for this opportunity, ideally focused in the consumer data space, along with a good understanding of consumer data.

Leadership:

  • Leading on BD strategy and execution
  • Contributing to large scale deals

Pipeline Management, Generation and Outreach:

  • Manage entire sales team’s pipeline
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, and leverage diverse channels to generate initial meets
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of robust prospective clients
  • Building relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, introducing company services and products

Discovery/ Proposals:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions addressing client requirements
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the company’s offerings

Negotiation and Contract Closure:

  • Lead on crucial negotiations, address concerns and close deals
  • Finalise contracts

Handover to Client Strategy Services:

  • Work closely with marketing and the wider team to align outreach and marketing activities to enhance effectiveness
  • Gather market insights and client feedback to refine sales strategies, product offerings and value propositions

About You:

  • 8 + years of proven experience in BD, sales or related fields
  • Sales leadership experience
  • MEDDPIC sales methodology desired
  • Experience within media led insight sales desired
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and drive initiatives
