I’m on the lookout for an eCommerce Capabilities Lead to join a well known food & drinks group based in the South of England. This is a newly created role due to growth within the business.
You’ll be someone who has broad sales experience across all eCommerce channels and will be responsible for:
- Managing an Amazon NAM
- Leading capabilities and developments across the channels
- Upskilling teams on eCommerce channel development
- Using your experience to demonstrate best practices to increase revenue
Each NAM will be responsible for their own P&L and will be customer facing so this is something you’ll need to be prepared to sacrifice… to some extent. However, this is an excellent role for someone who is ready to pass on their fountain of wisdom and make a difference to Sales team.
Food or Drink FMCG experience is essential as well as previous Account Management experience (managing P&L).
