My client is a unique marketing technology company that provide businesses with print/digital marketing.  Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to look after their growing supplier list.
 
The Business:

This business works alongside some of the largest businesses within the FMCG world. They provide their clients with unique and bespoke digital and physical marketing. My client operates on a global scale and pride themselves on offering their customers a fantastic service.

The Role:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be a responsible for maintaining and developing the relationships with the businesses’ customers and suppliers whilst supporting the business as they grow their client base Internationally. Other responsibilities include;

• Relationship management – liaising with the business’s suppliers on a day to day and also managing the on-boarding process of new suppliers.
• Customer management – engaging with customers and ensuring they have the correct goods within the agreed time frames.
• Order management – making sure that the orders are being processed in an orderly fashion and the 3PL partners are aware of the time lines and deadlines for the goods.
• Team management – previous team management experience is essential and previous experience of growing and building a team. 

Experience & Skills –

• The business is looking for a strong leader within the print industry who has experience of leading a supply chain through its transition into a global rollout.
• The person will have excellent communication skills and experience of leading a team.
• You will be required to get involved at an operational level as well as strategically and is willing to get their hands stuck in and drive the operations.
