Supply Chain Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Manager to join my client a growing  Central London based Food FMCG business. As the Supply Chain Manager you’ll be responsible for managing the end to end supply chain from 3PL supplier to customer.

You will ensure continuous supply of finished good to the retailers at the right stock level while minimising costs.

Responsibilities include;

• Create and maintain all demand and supply plans for all SKU’s
• Manage the relationship with the logistics providers and factories
• Create a customer forecast while collaborating with the retailers and highlighting any potential risks
• Improving supply chain processes and forecast accuracy where possible
• Hold quarterly reviews with the logistics providers
• Contribute to monthly planning cycle as well as the wider strategic long term business plan

The ideal candidate will have the following;

• Degree educated or equivalent working experience
• Proven experience in supply planning or demand planning from FMCG background
• Strong IT skills including Excel and SAP advantageous
• Strong communication skills internally and externally
• High attention to detail and analytical
• Experience managing customer and 3PL relationships

In return you’ll be joining a close knit culture in an autonoymous role where you’ll be given the freedom to come up with and execute solutions.

This is a hybrid role where the expectation is for you to be in the office 2 times a week in Central London.

The salary on offer is £55,000 – £65,000 + bonus and benefits.
