International market leading FMCG business is looking for a meticulous Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst to one of the most dynamic teams in the business.

The Business
They are an innovative and well-known International business within the consumer goods industry. Pioneers of the trade and it shows in their products based on the awards they are given. The supply chain is dynamic yet challenging which offers a great deal of scope in the role.

About You
You’ll be an analytical candidate who thrives on finding better ways of working. You will not shy away from numbers and data and are able to present it in a clear and concise report. A degree/master’s in supply chain and/or Logistics will be hugely beneficial. Also, as with most supply chain roles, your Excel skills will need to be top-notch.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for analysing the supply chain and logistics processes and report back on areas of improvement. It’s a very dynamic role as you’ll be working on a variety of different projects cross-functionally to improve processes where possible, enabling the business to operate in the best way possible.
Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and coordinator projects within the supply chain department.
  • Innovation on projects and working with management to improve processes.
  • Recognising opportunities for process improvements and proactively reporting back to senior stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional working to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Managing external suppliers / stakeholders to ensure objectives and SLA’s are met.

 
What Success Looks Like
The true indication of success in this role is seeing your impact on the business in the future. As processes become more streamlined and allows the business to operate more efficiently, leading to cost-savings and an increase in commercials.
