Our client a fast-growing, purpose-driven company looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. As the Supply Chain Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring product availability, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting sustainable and efficient growth.

What you’ll be doing

Placing purchase orders with both domestic and international suppliers
Coordinating inbound transportation and deliveries
Tracking shipments and managing logistics timelines
Preparing shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs forms) in compliance with international regulations
Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supporting documents
Processing retail orders and ensuring systems are kept up to date

Who you are

Familiarity with purchase order management
Understanding of customs regulations and documentation

Salary

£30,000 – £35,000, depending on experience
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our Central London office
