About the Role: Global Supply Chain Deployment Manager You will spearhead the transformation of the business capabilities, harnessing data and digital technology to gain a competitive edge in the global market. Leading the charge in our Business Transformation Programme supported by SAP S/4 HANA, you will drive process standardization and simplification across our multi-year, globally-reaching initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the seamless deployment of the programme across all global regions and markets.
- Establish and implement the deployment methodology, ensuring alignment with global strategies and effective integration across functions.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology teams, as well as external partners, to deliver a successful global Business Transformation.
- Manage pre-scoping exercises and workshops, overseeing timeline management and partner alignment throughout the deployment process.
About You: To excel in this role, you bring broad supply chain expertise within FMCG environments. Thriving in dynamic settings, you demonstrate proactive leadership, strong numerical skills, and exceptional commercial acumen. Your ability to cultivate authentic relationships and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders sets you apart. Experience with SAP HANA S4 is highly desirable.
The salary is paying from £85,000 – £110,000 + bonus and benefits.
Equivalent salary on offer if candidate is based in Amsterdam or Dublin.
