Are you a Supply Chain coordinator looking to join a global market-leading FMCG company with over 200 years of history!? Due to an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a customer-facing Supply Chain Coordinator to represent the business and manage key accounts Nationwide!
The Role:
In this role, you will own the Order to Delivery process for key clients in the FMCG sector, this will include:
- Customer Service
- Liaising with customers, managing the order processing, returns and export processes
- Liaising with Suppliers and 3PLs to ensure orders are processed and dispatched
- Attention to detail is key – ensure all Sales Orders are processed to a high standard
- Logistics
- Work closely with Suppliers and Logistics partners to ensure product is processed and distributed OTIF
- Inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of product
- Communicate shortages/delays to customers and coordinate a solution!
Your Profile:
- Experience in a Customer facing Supply Chain role
- Sales Order Processing is key
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
