Supply Chain Analyst

My client is a start-up cosmetics business based in Central London and looking for a Supply Chain Analyst, though they are a start up they are a sister company of a very well established brand.

This is a highly autonomous role that works across the supply chain from the factories through to the warehouse and ensuring the finished product reaches is destination on time, in full. You will be working remotely from the wider team who are based in across Europe.

Responsibilities include;

• Management of the ERP system and ensuring all data is correct and up to date
• Managing relationships with the manufacturing sites to ensure all production activities are on track
• Master data maintenance
• Lead analysis work related to distribution changes, supply chain developments and budget vs target
• Coordinate and monitor performance of external logistics suppliers
• Manage discrepancy in inventory

The ideal candidate will have the following;

• Graduate calibre or equivalent working experience
• Previous experience working in an analytical role in supply chain or logistics
• Excellent attention to detail and highly numerate
• Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
• Strong communication skills at varying levels of seniority
• Problem solving mentality
