Vertical Advantage are delighted to be partnering with HISBE (How It Should BE) to help find their next Store Manager, a full-time role which will lead and inspire the team as well as running all operational activities in their retail outfit based in Brighton!
The Store Manager will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the team, creating and being accountable for the P&L, drive improvement projects for the store to a granular level as well as managing waste and working in the HISBE way.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate change management within a retail setting, someone who is able to solve problems with autonomy, able to deliver and driving the P&L and is able to entrench themselves in the HISBE values.
In return you’ll be joining an energetic social enterprise, that’s independently certified for their ethical and sustainable trading and sourcing. You’ll have the autonomy to make changes, work closely with the co-founders and be the driving force of the store.
HISBE are offering a salary of £35k-£45k and with the potential for more for the right person, benefits and career progression.
