We are excited to be working with this company to recruit a National Account Manager as my client is a fast growing challenger brand within the FMCG arena that ‘does good’ for the world. In fact they are one of the fastest growing drinks brands in the UK currently. They have shaken up the drinks category with a truly new proposition and this has resulted in fantastic uptake from main stream retailers and consumer support/demand.
They are an entrepreneurial environment and encourage all team members to have a voice, take ownership and drive their own business within the company. This is a genuine opportunity to get into a business at grass roots and early phase with share options.
This National Account Manager will be responsible for a selection of high street, QSR and travel customers – there is some existing business, but as you can imagine with a company in high growth but infancy – there is plenty of [strategic] door knocking to be done. You will be responsible for identifying appropriate customers and outlets to gain listings within these, and will managing the trading relationships with these.
This role will quickly evolve with your successes and the view is to build and scale a team around this initial hire.
