My client is a customer experience agency, who help their clients craft brilliant and high performing digital customer experiences with their websites and products.
They deploy skills in design, psychology, testing, optimisation, technology, and research to improve customer journeys to drive business outcomes for their clients.
As Sales Executive, you work with the Growth Director to grow revenues. You will have experience or a keen interest in technology sales. Specifically, you have a keen interest in, or are excited to learn about, the market and services of User Experience, Design and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
Knowledge of the eCommerce space or previous experience in sales for a digital agency is preferred. Most of your time will be spent on the telephone, speaking to potential customers. You will be making calls to qualified and cold contacts to share their value proposition with the objective to convert them into paying customers.
You will be targeting customers that are likely to need their services, so as much as it requires resilience and determination to make calls, you will confidently approach potential customers. People are at the centre of your role. You will have a strong ability to build rapport with potential customers and cultivate relationships with them.
Led by the Growth Director, you will design and implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve your personal targets and the targets of the company. You will also be a key stakeholder in the marketing planning of the business, guiding and feeding back into campaign planning and performance. An interest in digital marketing will be useful.
You will work together with the Marketing Manager and Growth Director to conduct research on the market and potential clients. This research will create a list of potential clients for you to contact.
Together with the Marketing Manager, you will produce sales presentations, proposals, and decks. You may participate in pitches and meetings where you have built a relationship with a potential customer before handing them over to the Experience Account Management team.
You will work with the team to negotiate deals and contracts.
This is a sales role which means that you will be targeted on sales activity and performance.
You will be rewarded for successful client wins with a generous commission scheme. You will be driven and motivated to win business and be able to work independently as a self-motivated salesperson.
