A great opportunity for an Associate Partnerships Director to join a leading AdTech in the rewards space.
The role is accountable for developing agency and third party relationships and delivery against the quota. As an Associate Sales Director, you are accountable for successfully growing and winning new advertiser business via Affiliate Networks and Third Parties, as well as new small – mid tier advertisers through Media Networks.
You Will:
- Penetrate and develop key relationships within Affiliate Networks, Third Party partners and small – mid tier brands within Media Networks to unlock new business, and grow existing spend
- Create and present needs-based solutions via in-person meetings, telephone and webinar using industry knowledge, market trends, and marketing solutions
- Accurately forecast and develop business plans that strategically build Agency and Third Party revenue
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
- Analyse campaign performance to recommend optimisation opportunities specific to each client’s goals, metrics, and objectives
- Exceed quotas
About You:
- Experienced in marketing services, digital media, or marketing platform sales, business development; experience selling into Agency teams or senior marketing contacts
- Knowledgeable within the Affiliate Marketing, Media Network Agency space and/or card linked marketing is desirable
- Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the winning and development of strategic relationships
- Comfortable presenting to various key stakeholders from CMO through to Affiliate leads
- A lover of data with strong analytical capabilities.
- Curious and passionate for any opportunity to statistically prove the bottom-line profitability of advertising
- The ability to perform complex analysis yet deliver a simple message
- A desire to learn and apply new technologies Innovative thinker, entrepreneurial, tenacious, with a desire to exceed sales revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Competing for a significant share of agency or advertising budgets
- Selling, directly to advertisers, or indirectly through Agencies
- A deep understanding of advertising technology
- Becoming a true strategic partner for your clients
