Responsibilities:
Performance:

  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Manager in shaping overall digital performance and integrated media strategy.
  • As a Senior Paid Social Executive you will provide insights and recommendations for performance activities and tactics during planning.
  • Effectively communicate with clients on insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations would be one of your main responsibilities as a Senior Paid Social Executive.
  • Execute and test campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Within your role as a Senior Paid Social Executive you’ll have to monitor and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, meeting client goals and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and communicate relevant updates to clients.
  • Identify new opportunities for clients based on campaign analysis.

Client Management:

  • Handle weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, analysis, and insights alongside the Paid Social Manager.
  • Manage media budgets using forecasting tools like Google Ads, SA360, and Meta.
  • Attend client meetings, providing relevant campaign and market updates.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships.

Working with Others:

  • Within your role as a Senior Paid Social Executive, you’ll get the chance to Upskill Performance Coordinators through regular training and 1×1 sessions.
  • Address team roadblocks, ensuring access to necessary tools and systems.
  • Escalate people issues to your manager when needed.
  • Foster positive traits that strengthen team connections, lean-in attitudes, and a collective focus on success.
