My client is one of the leading FMCG manufacturer in the UK! They are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to manage and grow their Discounter & Grocery accounts.
They supply own label products as well as their own branded products that can be found in your local supermarket or one of their spots across London – they are looking for an experience sales person to help grow and maintain the relationships with their key grocery customers to deliver a step change in sales and overall brand.
In this role you will be responsible for growing and nurturing long-term strategic relationships with their priority grocery customers to deliver a step change in sales and brand presence. On top of this, you will be drafting and implementing a raodmap to win new business in prospective new customers over the next 3 years, as well as being a thought leader and driving category growth. This would entail developing an excellent understanding of the category’s landscape, drivers and competition using insights to shape and lead the conversation on category management with the customers.
You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of our most important grocery customers; and developing a close working relationship and delivering exceptional support and service to buying teams.
Moreover, you will be leading on JBPs with an emphasis on creating sustainable growth and outstanding execution both in store and online. You’d have full P & L responsibility and would be leading the delivery of the Branded portfolio agenda in your customer, as well as championing Private Label Opportunities.
Salary: £70-75K with a 30% bonus on top
