Must be have experienced executing email campaigns, social ads, paid ads and ecommerce 

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the worlds oldest cycling business – a chance to join a business with an extrodinary heritage, going in to the future developing ecommerce strategy and presence, whilst leveraging off the extrodinary good will and legacy of the last 160 years, they have plans to grow their exclusive brand and this role will be critical in facilitating that growth journey. 
To do this, they require an expereience marketer – some who is hungry for the next step in their career & looking to be more entreprenerial in their career. You will support the digital director in executing the best digital marketing strategies to achieve the aspirations of the business. 
 
The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of digital marketing experience in the retail industry ideally within cycling, not essential but interest in cycling is important.
 
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Delivery of integrated multi-channel campaigns, with digital at its heart
  • Digital fluency, capability, and expertise
  • Previous success at growing digital audiences and conversion to purchase
  • Vision / experience in customer retention and growth of LTV
  • A deep understanding of the cycling world

 
Core responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing strategy and planning.
  • Brand Stewardship.
  • Management of Marketing agencies & Partners.
  • Copywriting of marketing communications.
  • Integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic development of all on and off-site marketing channels.
  • Insights, audience segmentation & Direct Marketing.
  • Partnerships.
  • Marketing budget planning, management and ownership.
  • Marketing measurement, reporting and recommendations.
