This exciting opportunity has arisen to take on full ownership of the B2B Marketing Mix for our 2 brands:
Vertical Advantage – a leading consumer markets (client & agency / consulting side) recruitment brand with key clients ranging from Nestle to Fever Tree.
Nurture Talent – an embedded recruitment subscription business that helps high growth businesses to manage costs & reduce time to hire as they identify the best talent in the market.

The role:
We are looking for an aspirational marketing professional to help us raise awareness of our two brands with a view to generating new business, attracting candidates and raising our profile as a potential employer.
Your duties and responsibilities will be to focus on:

  • Creating a marketing strategy
  • Creating content (blogs, emails, whitepapers, CRM campaigns)
  • Social Media Posting
  • Organizing Events

The two brands are targeting different audiences so you will need to adapt the content but also the tone of voice and the tools to deliver results. You will be able to fully own the marketing function whilst working very closely with our MD and the leadership team as well as the wider business.

This opportunity would be a great fit for someone with a strong B2B marketing experience, as well as CRM and Social Media. You will ideally be good with data and be commercially aware!
