Our client, a global apparel retailer are looking to hire a Senior CRM Executive with strong knowledge of Emarsys (non negotiable) into their digital team.
Responsibilities:
- Support email marketing strategy development with the Performance Marketing Specialist, aligning with digital team goals.
- Help define target audience segments and create engaging email content like newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team for correct messaging and visually appealing emails.
- Manage email campaigns, including creating, scheduling, and segmenting subscribers by interests, behavior, and demographics.
- Maintain and update the email list, ensuring data accuracy and segmenting for personalized communication.
- Monitor key email metrics, provide actionable insights, and participate in A/B testing for performance optimization.
- Stay informed on email marketing regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of CRM management and email marketing experience, especially in eCommerce, with proficiency in Emarsys for email templates, campaigns, and automation.
- Familiar with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Emarsys, and Magento; basic HTML and email design principles; and Google Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledgeable about email marketing metrics, analytics tools, and A/B testing, with an analytical mindset.
- Proactive attitude with an interest in email marketing regulations, compliance, and a creative mindset for continuous learning and growth.
