Offering the opportunity to influence across category, marketing and sales teams on some of the largest most influential beauty brands. With a focus on providing strategic insights business-wide, enabling new business opportunities that support the business and brands strategic objectives.

Directly managing two Insights Executives, the Senior Category Manager will be a key player in key business decisions.

Required Experience –

  • At least 4 years’ experience in FMCG category management/consumer & shopper research agency
  • Ideal but not essential, understanding of the UK beauty & cosmetics markets
  • Experience with Panel data, with knowledge of Powerbi and data visualisation
  • Will be able to influence stakeholders

Key Responsibilities –

  • Proactively identify business opportunities, presenting these to stakeholders and senior members of the team
  • Present findings and strategies to senior managers, considering the wider global position
  • In order to optimize short, medium and long term performance, provide qualitative insights that will influence marketing teams around product and appropriate brands requirements in the UK
  • Develop and present proposals that outline how the current data and insights available can be used most effectively to positively affect short and longterm key business decisions
  • Provide report decks for internal management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer accounts
  • Be involved with sales and marketing strategies and budgets
