My client is leading the Data & Analytics Market Intelligence space in the Consumer Healthcare & FMCG global eCommerce industries. They leverage their AI-powered platform to unlock the digital potential of Retailers and Manufacturers, focusing constantly on innovation, operating across Europe, Latin America and Africa. Their data monetisation program enables cost savings, extra profit and control to help businesses make data-driven decisions internally, collaborate with suppliers on a new level and generate additional revenue in the process.
They use their platform to transform data into insights via advanced analytics models, and provide constant training and development to their clients via their customer success team. Their Data Platform enables Retailers and Brands to share, access and benchmark data all in one place across sales, category performance, basket share, buy rate, share of assortment, category share, search share and intention and product correlations. As a result, leading manufacturers can use real time retailer data to plan, monitor and optimise their marketing campaigns.
They require a Business Development Lead to get them into UK retailers, pitching their unique technology and solutions to them. Via their services, you would work alongside the brands who sell into the retailers to ensure that they spend more with the retailer. You will be helping retailers collaborate with brands and create additional sources of revenue in the process, through enabling them to monetise their insights in a sustainable and scalable way.
Further down the line, this role may have the opportunity to develop into a UK Country Manager role, in which you would be managing the Customer Success Managers within the retail side, and the Partner Success Managers on the brand side.
In this role, you must be a real self-starter with previous success of delivering over 6-12 month sales cycles with experience in retail media sales. Excellent communication skills and the ability to talk and sell data and insights is essential for this opportunity. There is the opportunity to make a real impact within an innovative, growing business.
Fully remote role.
Salary: cc60k with 10-15k commission per retailer brought on board.
