Position Overview
They are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to guide established Amazon sellers through their next phase of growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support brands in navigating complex challenges, scaling efficiently, and achieving ambitious commercial objectives. You will bring deep expertise across the Amazon ecosystem, translating data and insights into clear, practical strategies that drive long-term performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regular client strategy sessions focused on performance improvement, optimisation, and scalable growth.
- Provide expert guidance when solving complex marketplace, listing, or operational challenges.
- Support priority initiatives from strategic planning through to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Analyse brand performance data and define clear, actionable next steps.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with clients across multiple channels.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and best practices.
- Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Amazon marketplace operations, including organic ranking strategy and product launches.
- Proven success managing large-scale Amazon PPC campaigns with significant monthly budgets.
- Experience managing or advising high-revenue private label brands.
- Solid commercial understanding of logistics, COGs, fees, inventory management, and P&L optimisation.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex catalogue, listing, or performance-related issues.
- 3+ years of experience supporting brands generating multimillion-dollar annual revenue.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
- A proactive, analytical, and highly client-focused mindset.
