Great opportunity to work at a vibrant creative agency that builds alcohol brands through cultural strategy, events, talent partnerships and disruptive activations. They are looking for an Senior Account Manager to help deliver growth and success for two leading spirit brands.

The purpose of the Senior Account Manager is to lead and manage the annual activation plans for the two brands, delivering and exceeding on the client objectives, identifying and planning opportunities and collaborating with the team to deliver great results.

Responsibilities include:

  • management of the day to day executions for the brands (events, content creation, partnerships, future planning).
  • point of contact for the client teams associated with the two brands. Ensure all client deliverables are met in a timley manner. Including but not limited to:
  • of the client weekly meetings.
  • reporting.
  • to day communications.
  • directly with the Account Director and PR Director to plan and execute the annual plans.
  • and execute the annual activation strategies (including potential talent or brand partnerships):
  • all aspects of the activations, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • smooth management and execution of all projects including internal sign offs and brand approvals.
  • and report on the success of the activations, providing recommendations for improvement and future campaigns.
  • with the creative team to develop unique and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • new ideas to the table for the brands to help build and enhance the annual plans.

Personal Profile:

  • Exceptional client management skills.
  • 7+ years experience in client management.
  • Experience with luxury products and luxury brands.
  • Confident presentation skills – both creating and delivering.
  • Proactive and creative approach to brand planning and execution.
  • Can operate effectively at pace and manage multiple projects in tandem.
  • Must be agile, flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong team player who enjoys the culture a small creative agency brings.

The ideal candidate will be an organised, creative mind looking to work with luxury spirits brands to help drive their success in the cultural space.

You’ll be personable, reliable, tenacious, ambitious, energetic, creative and analytical; an experienced all-rounder and motivational team member who is used to strategising and communicating creative solutions with clarity.

You must both be able to work autonomously, managing your own time as well as working with the wider team.

Due to the nature of the work, it is likely you will attend events and sometimes work outside of normal office hours.
