Role Overview
The Sales Support role supports National Account Manager(NAMs) and the Business Development Manager by providing top-tier service for a wide range of clients. This position is ideal for someone with a background in sales administration and customer service, who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to CDMs, supporting with client communication, invoicing, and resolving issues.
- Oversee sample requests, managing the process for new and potential client inquiries
- Engage potential new clients to support business growth.
- Manage day-to-day customer service activities, including phone and email support, for an extensive telephone customer base.
- Upsell products to existing and new customers
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in sales administration, including proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with stock management and customer-facing roles.
- Background in FMCG is a plus, though not essential.
- Friendly, open-minded, and empathetic personality to support a strong team culture.
