Your responsibilities will include;
- Providing amazing customer service and advice through a variety of platforms
- Processing challenging orders and updating customer information on the system
- Creating great relationships with customers, making sure they know stock availability and any issues relating to their deliveries
- Running reports on availability of products
The ideal candidate will have;
- Strong communication skills
- Good MS package skills
- Consistent high standards and great attention to detail
