My client is a high growth FMCG business focused around healthy food.

They are looking to broaden their customer base, as having had great success in the D2C space they also see high growth potential in B2B.

They have recently rebranded and as a result now have the perfect platform to broaden their customer base, and they require a Partnerships Manager to help grow the business

· Setting and executing commercial Partnerships & Sales strategy to grow revenue and profit
· Growing our B2B business via both outbound and inbound sales initiatives
· Build and manage a pipeline of potential partnerships and B2B customers, with demonstrable experience of nurturing a sales pipeline to deliver revenue
· Own our existing partnerships, ensuring they are mutually beneficial & profitable and always looking for ways to grow them
· Develop new partnerships through targeted outreach across multiple touchpoints (email, phone, events, LinkedIn, CRM etc)
· Working with our affiliate agency, to ensure there’s no cross-over with direct Partnerships
· Future responsibility for in-person sales and commercial events
· Analysing results and reporting back on a weekly and monthly basis, being clear on key learnings and actions required to optimise performance

· At least 3 years in a sales based and/or commercial partnerships role
· Strong commercial acumen, with excellent negotiation skills
· Can demonstrate experience of structuring and closing bespoke commercial agreements in a B2B environment
· Ability and experience of sales forecasting
· Highly influential and can create effective sales pitch and proposal decks
· Comfortable with ambiguity, with strong problem-solving skills. As a DTC business, B2B is new for business so the role will also involve working with other teams across the business to drive forward adaptations to the proposition and customer experience to be better suited to the B2B environment
· Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to speak to potential customers and partners on a daily basis
· Extremely driven to hit and exceed targets, with an exceptional track-record
· Good team player who can build relationships both internally and externally
· Hybrid role – at least 2 days per week in the office
