My client is a leading international loaylty rewards platform, who are looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering initiatives which drive UK commercial team efficiency and effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. This role will work collaboratively with VP, Partnerships & Enablement, and our UK Advertiser team.

In this role you will:

Design & deploy impactful sales presentations and collateral including pitch decks, case studies and industry trend reports, which capture attention and create demand among our most valuable clients and prospects, in order to support sales in reaching revenue goals
 
Partner with Product, Publisher & Analytics Teams on the design and adoption of Advertiser Team collateral and training to support roll out of new initiatives, tools and products
 
Evaluate & manage commercial team processes and communications to increase sales efficiency & effectiveness
 
Become Salesforce Champion, build out and drive forward the efficiency of Salesforce to benefit account planning and other criteria
 
Manage sales content portal, ensuring that the latest content and information is easily available and accessible for the team
 
Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Revenue Enablement experience within a Sales or Account Management team and/or;
 
Partnership Marketing successfully growing revenue through the development of long-term strategic partnerships and/or;
 
Selling directly to senior marketing contacts across digital, retail and CRM/loyalty
 
Excellent presentation building and writing skills and ability to derive and visualise insight from data
 
Tackling complex issues with a combination of long-term vision and data-driven approaches
 
Attention to detail when reviewing data sets with an eye for finding trends and storytelling through data
 
Influencing decisions at varying levels and a demonstrated ability to find common ground and align with key stakeholders
 
Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritising and focusing on the most important work
