The Organisation:
My client is a Global SME FMCG company based in West London who have an exciting opportunity for a Dutch speaking Sales Coordinator to join their team. This individual role is to assist the businesses retailer and distributors needs, develop and continue to maintain excellent relationships with the company’s suppliers and distributors and also manage sales forecasts and pipelines within your given regions.
Role:
The key purpose of the Sales Coordinator is to manage and grow the businesses customer base, as well as support a number of sales managers across different regions whilst building a 12 month sales pipeline. Also, you will be offering professional assistance to all of their B2B clients.
- Management and supporting of the sales of their products across the EMEA region
- Build long lasting relationships with their B2B clients
- Control and develop 12 month rolling sales forecasts with the retail customers
- Being the first point of contact for your customers for the Benelux region
- Correspond with other departments to guarantee excellent customer service is being provided.
The Person:
This role requires exceptional communication skills to ensure that the communication with not only the customers but other teams within the business remain effective. In addition, the person must possess strong analytical skills and have previous experience within sales account management.
Essential Experience:
- Sales account management
- Stock reporting/analysis
- Experience within a customer service role
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and organised individual.
- Has to speak fluent Dutch
