An outdoor / apparel brand is looking for a performance/digital marketing specialist who will sit at the centre of a matrix structure in order to build better processes for understanding & measuring data, and then using this data to advise on where and how resource should be deployed.
Rather than being hands on running & managing campaigns, this digital marketing specialist role is all about giving the business better oversight of the effectiveness of all channels (paid, organic, affiliates, programmatic).
Right now, there isn’t a clear understanding of the return on spend in each area, an the primary focus of this position will be to define and execute the roadmap that gives the business that level of clarity.
They are a global D2C player and a leader within the outdoor apparel market, so this is an opportunity to have a real impact at a global level.
Analytical ability is key here – you’ll have a team of developers to help build reports/dashboards, but you’ll need to know what needs to be built and then have the experience to make use of the data.
It’s essential to have experience with a P2C platform (e.g. Productsup) in order to understand how product information reaches customers. Tag manager would also be ideal but isn’t essential.
Salary up to £45k and can be mostly remote, with infrequent travel to a London HQ.
