A successful start-up within the consumer goods space is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.
They’re looking for someone with a strong background across performance marketing channels and experience leading the strategy on new customer acquisition. The company has gone from 1M in sales to 14M in their second year of operation, and are keen to take this growth to 50M this year – so they’d be keen to give you the resources and ownership to make this a reality.
You’d be responsible for shaping and directing their paid media strategy, and would be working alongside the founders to drive forward their scaling and growth. The role will be dynamic, so be ready to roll your sleeves up and dive head-first into the end-to-end management of campaigns – ranging from strategy development through to execution. The role provides a high level of ownership, so you’d have a say in identifying the best channels and strategies to leverage and expand their performance marketing capabilities as you see fit.
Ideally, you will:
- Have previous experience working in a start-up environment, acting as a key force in driving growth
- Have extensive performance marketing experience (5 years+), and experience leading the strategy across paid media channels
- Be super passionate about all-things performance marketing, taking demonstrable measures to stay up-to-date within the field
- Be keen on joining a company that’s big on culture
The company is based in Belgium (Antwerp), and the role would be remote, aside from 1-2 days in-office each month to touch base with the team (with travel being expensed). The salary range for this role starts at £50,000 with flexibility to go higher for the right candidate.
