A successful ecommerce start-up is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team.
They’re looking for someone with a strong background across performance marketing channels and experience in applying this to a variety of different products within the consumer goods space.
You’d be responsible for shaping and directing their paid media strategy, and would be working within a team of highly experienced individuals in order to drive forward their growth. The role will be hands-on as all processes are done internally rather than being outsourced to agencies. So be ready to roll your sleeves up and dive head-first into the end-to-end management of campaigns – ranging from strategy development through to execution.
Ideally, you will:
- Have previous experience working in a start-up environment, acting as a key force in driving growth
- Have hands-on performance marketing experience (4 years+), and experience building the strategy across paid media channels
- Have previous experience working within ecommerce
The company is based in London, and the role would be remote, aside from 1-2 days in-office each month to touch base with the team. The salary range for this role starts at £45,000 with flexibility to go higher for the right candidate.
