An innovative start-up is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their fast-growing team. They’ve been massively successful so far, having grown their revenue ten-fold over the course of a year and receiving praise from reviewers at top publications, including The New York Times and Wired.
They’re looking for an ambitious professional to take charge with their performance marketing strategy and develop their paid media channels in order to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced marketer (3+ years) who has worked across the full D2C marketing funnel and across various digital channels.
- Be data-driven and able to communicate complex information to a range of stakeholders
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be willing to take initiative to get things done.
This role is based in Antwerp, but can be offered on a remote basis for the right candidate. Salary is incredibly flexible dependant on the successful candidate’s experience.
