Our client is a fast-growing consumer wellness business operating across multiple product categories. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and long-term growth, the company is scaling its digital performance capabilities and investing heavily in paid acquisition.

They are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across key digital channels and drive profitable, sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. Working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, founder-led environment, the Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for scaling customer acquisition through structured testing, strong creative strategy, and disciplined optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest
  • Drive profitable customer acquisition while managing key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and blended MER
  • Support management of paid media budgets in line with business targets
  • Develop creative briefs and lead structured creative testing across messaging, copy, and visuals
  • Collaborate closely with creative, design, and content teams to improve ad performance and storytelling
  • Own landing page and funnel testing to improve conversion rates
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into rapid optimisation cycles
  • Track and report on performance using spreadsheets, dashboards, and in-platform analytics tools
  • Contribute to growth across multiple product lines
  • Test emerging channels, audiences, and acquisition opportunities
  • Support the execution and optimisation of Amazon Ads as part of a broader acquisition strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth D2C business or agency
  • Proven experience scaling paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working in spreadsheets and performance dashboards
  • Experience running creative and CRO tests and applying insights to improve results
  • Familiarity with Shopify and conversion rate optimisation best practices
  • Highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
