About The Team

This role sits in the Performance Marketing team who themselves sit in the wider Product and Marketing Org at this Food business. The team’s main focus is driving growth through  Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & Affiliates. Growth could be so many things for this team, for example; getting a consumer to give our Brand a try or understanding our audience a bit better.

Working within this team allows you to work under our hybrid working model – between London HQ and home

About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven “Paid Media Manager”. The role will be focused on Growth strategy & activation. Alongside the channel owner, you will be responsible for growing Growth Paid Social across our live markets and finding smart new ways to market to our consumers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Platform Management – Managing platform activation for all our relevant partners Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, X & Pinterest across all of our products within the Brand
  • Strategy Support – Help develop and deliver our new paid social strategy
  • Reporting – Running performance reports to understand weekly trends and campaign successes
  • Internal Stakeholder Management – Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to update internal stakeholders on projects that we are managing
  • Commercial – Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to sell in the channel to internal budget holders.
  • Review Campaigns – Run “Post Campaign Analysis” on each campaign to gain learnings

Requirements

  • Expertise in advertising on all major social media platforms used in EMEA
  • Proven track record in launching consumer-facing campaigns, preferably within a high-growth retail brand.
  • Experience optimising campaigns for performance goals and recommending best in class practices.
  • Degree-level education or relevant work experience
  • Basic problem-solving, structuring arguments well and finding solutions
  • Good stakeholder management, should be comfortable with regularly sharing updates and reports to key stakeholders
  • Basic quantitative analytical skills, should be able to run basic reporting and set up tests/experiments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious with a commercial mindset
  • A willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow within an organisation

 

This role will pay between £40000 – £45000 + bonus with 2 days a week in the London office
