Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Supply Chain Executive to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of personal care. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of  end-to-end supply chain management, establish scalable processes, and plan production to meet increasing demand. What You’ll Do Oversee daily supply chain operations, including planning, production, and DTC fulfillment. Manage the supply plan for finished goods and materials, assessing demand forecasts, capacity constraints, lead times, and potential shortages while proactively mitigating risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and warehouses, ensuring best practices and efficient ways of working. Track and report inventory through dashboards and analytics, maintaining optimal stock levels. Tackle operational challenges as they arise, continuously seeking opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency. Support product launches and manage packaging/ingredient transitions. Gain exposure to cross-functional projects, such as new product development initiatives and system implementations.
