Vertical Advantage are pleased to be partnering with an established drinks FMCG business based in Istanbul to find their next Operations Manager.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for building supply capacity and ensuring the supply chain is as efficient and cost effective.
This is a hybrid role where some travel is required in the region.
Role and responsibilities;
- Resolve any operational issues as they arise in the most efficient manner
- Lead capacity projects and contribute to the network design and review process
- Manage and deliver a range of projects while working collaboratively with stakeholders
- Share operational status reports
- Create and communicate any risks to capacity projects as well as complete project view
- Develop and improve processes to ensure sustained service and optimized cost
The ideal candidate will have;
- Experience working in an Operations Manager role from a FMCG environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving mentality
- Ability to communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
- Proven project management and process improvement skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel and SAP
- Any additional language skills would be highly advantageous
Salary is 1.8 Million TRL + bonus and benefits.
