For this role you would ideally possess:

  • Experience in an FMCG space, ideally On-Trade
  • A degree or equivalent
  • A numerical and analytical mindset with great attention for detail
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Strategic approach that would look to increase sales in the on-trade wholesale channel
  • Multi-tasking ability and enjoys being involved all the way through the sales cycle

Extremely proud of the quality of their products which have enhance so many household favourites in the drinks space.

What success looks like:
Overseeing the major wholesale on-trade accounts within the business. Setting/implementing strategies for the field sales teams on a regional basis to ensure that the smaller wholesalers are services and further developed.
 
Adding to the vibrant culture with your proactive and driven attitude.
 
Suited to a person that is hands on, ability to multi-task and enjoys being involved throughout the process.
 
Working closely with the marketing teams to further promote strategies, building those relationships that are mutually beneficial and consistently increasing sales within the channel.
