If so, we’ve partnered with a leading food business – they have an opportunity to join their thriving commercial team to drive sales in the the Grocery Channel. Working for a lead supplier will guarantee exposure to some of the big players in the industry. You will have the full backing of the sales team and he resources/knowledge available to help you to deliver in this role.

You will be responsible for managing a Key Grocery Account and to work closely with the team to drive growth and deliver the companies vision and create great relationships with key retailers. This role is ideal for a NAE/KAM looking to step up to a junior NAM position or a talented NAM looking to gain Grocery experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Full day to day Account Management responsibility for your grocery account.
  • Deliver business KPIs within your accounts.
  • Delivery of the volume and value forecast and internal P&L reporting.
  • Ownership of the pricing and promotional strategy.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to build support plans and execute them with customers.
  • To deliver customer focus in all my interactions, acting as a Brand Ambassador, leading by example and representing the company to exceed our service and sales expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years FMCG Sales experience
  • Ideally experience working on a grocery account
  • Experience/Exposure managing a P&L
  • Great communication skills and able to build relationships quickly
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for growth and development
