My client are pioneers and are beverage company in one of the fastest-growing categories in the UK. They received B-Corp certification in recent years and are active players in the movement of using business as a force for good across our environmental, community and employee footprint.

 

They are looking for an ambitious individual to come into the rapidly growing team to contribute to growing the brand. You will be managing one of the largest and most developed Grocery customers in the UK as well as developing a close working relationship and delivering exceptional support and service to the team.

 

You will have full P&L accountability for a major grocery account as well as planning and leading the delivery of the promotional plan model for the convenience channel.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L ownership of major UK grocery retailer accounts
  • Lead negotiations with key suppliers and retailers as well as seeking out and gaining new business opportunities for the brand in the channel
  • Designing and implementing the promotion plan model for the convenience channel
  • Responsible for managing Sales Planning, Forecasting and Reporting – good organisation and time management needed to work in this fast paced environment
  • Negotiate cost price changes, range, distribution, shelf positioning, promotional activities etc. to build the brand within customer portfolio.
  • Work cross functionally with the marketing team to bring the brand alive in stores and online

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an NAE or NAM with a proven track record of success in managing grocery accounts
  • Ambitious can-do attitude to match the environment of the brand
  • Strong commercial and numerical skills
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Passion to work in the food & drink industry

 

This role is based in Central London and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week
