Customer Services Assistant – contract up until end of December minimum

We seek a Customer Services Assistant to join our busy, growing, dynamic Commercial Operations Team in our offices on Bermondsey Street near London Bridge.
 
The role includes:

• Taking and processing of customer orders across our varied trade customer base. Offering excellent customer service to match our premium range of product. You will be an excellent communicator, personable and enjoy connecting with our customers and sales teams
• Raising of invoices and credit notes, EDI order processing. You have a strong attention to detail and understand that accuracy is important to the flow of our business
• Liaison with the warehouse and follow up of any issues or queries with customers to completion.  You work well in a high pressured environment, are able to prioritise queries and enjoy problem solving and multitasking
• Being a Team Player. You enjoy working as part of a busy team, are flexible and able to co-ordinate and communicate well with your colleagues.

 
Skills and experience

• Customer services experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal telephone skills
• Have an interest and passion for wine – WSET to Intermediate preferred but not essential
• Experience with Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be an advantage but not essential
• A good eye for detail
