This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the content marketing initiatives across digital platforms, in order to drive sales, traffic and leads digitally. The role will be the beating heart of the company and will establish them as a place for e-commerce sellers to go to for fulfilment services.
The role will allow for ownership of all analytics/reporting for content marketing efforts, as well as website updates/enhancements and SEO. Growth will be driven through CRM, such as creating email marketing campaigns and managing community engagement through social media. Responsibility will be given to create and publish over three new pieces of premium content per week, in different forms (such as blog posts, video or podcasts).
The ideal candidate will be passionate about communicating, learning and writing with a customer centric mentality and a passion for finding and using the latest platforms/technology. They will be able to provide vital information to audiences in all forms, while empowering the team to share their stories and expertise with the audience. Experience within a B2B market would be ideal.
