This exciting opportunity has arisen to take on full ownership of the B2B Marketing Mix for our 2 brands:
Vertical Advantage – a leading consumer markets (client & agency / consulting side) recruitment brand with key clients ranging from Nestle to Fever Tree.
Nurture – an embedded recruitment subscription business that helps high growth businesses to manage cost & reduce time to hire as they identify the best talent in the market.
The role:
The responsibility here is for the overall management of the marketing for both brands across all areas – CRM / Email Marketing, Social, Content, Events etc. As both businesses have different target customers (clients and job seekers), they need different messaging & tools to ensure we’re spreading the right message to both our audiences.
With one direct report & plans to add further headcount as both businesses grow, we are looking for an experienced B2B marketing candidate who understands CRM marketing & building customer lifecycle marketing journeys to engage businesses through the sales funnel.
