Bringing out all the buzzwords – D2C, subscription, sustainability, meal delivery – but with one key different to many others in this space right now. These guys are bootstrapped, profitable and have largely gone under the radar so far.
With a focus on brand building and creating a dedicated customer base, rather than hype, PR and fundraising, they have created a fast growing, profitable business with strong unit economics and a huge opportunity ahead of them.
As part of their rapid expansion, they’re looking for a Marketing Director to take on the pillars of brand, growth & eCommerce- you’ll have senior leaders (Head of level) for all of these 3 functions reporting into you.
The founder is highly ambitious and sees this as a key hire to get them from £10m ARR to £100m ARR and beyond. As such, someone who has been through a similar phase of growth for a D2C brand is the priority – whilst they want to plot their own path to success and are fiercely committed to innovating rather than copying, they want the nous that comes with having been there and done it.
A very competitive package – base salary around the £150k mark + equity – is on offer, with 2 or 3 days a week spent in a Central London office.
