Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the digital & product marketing strategy, working closely with the ExCo
• Drive a deeper understanding of the customers through the generation of insights and an analytical approach
• Work with product team (including product marketing) to support with sales enablement and product innovation
• Optimise the way our brand identity is portrayed to increase awareness and lead generation
• Contribute to the production of collateral including presentations, data sheets, white papers, and internal sales tools to support demand generation, market awareness, and sales efforts
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists and encourage a collaborative approach.
• Have ownership of marketing budget, with a specific focus on ROI

Experience required:

• Deep experience in the development and execution of digital marketing strategy and content
• Hands on experience in product marketing in a B2B technology business
• Strong technical and creative expertise in social media
• Experience of B2B marketing with an international focus
• Understanding and experience of marketing tools and analytics
• Experience of leading, developing and mentoring a large team
