An opportunity to take the reins of an eCommerce business who have launched 5 brands over the past 3 years, growing to over £10m in revenue and on track to hit positive EBITDA in 2024.
After a period focusing on raising investment and acquiring & launching brands, they are now looking for someone who can help them with their next phase growth, which will be defined by building the brands they have, streamlining operations and hitting profitability targets.
You’ll be leading a highly motivated, passionate team of around 30 people who have delivered some strong growth throughout 2022 and 2023, are eager to learn and looking for an inspirational leader who can help them develop.
Revenue is split between D2C and Amazon (predominantly 3P) – it’s essential that you have strong experience owning a P&L (to CM3 level) for a D2C business at a similar stage of growth, with strong financial acumen and full ownership of strategic, operational and people-related decisions.
The business are looking for someone who is stepping up into this role – they want it to be a challenge and expect for this person to have some areas where they can help with development, but equally want to bring someone on board who inspires the existing team and brings a depth of D2C knowledge that can help the business scale to the next level.
The founding team have a wealth of experience in growing (and selling) businesses so you’ll have an exceptionally strong board to work closely with.
Flexible working but with the expectation of being able to be in London a couple of days a week.
