The Business
This business owns some of the biggest brands within the Drinks industry and are continuing to acquire more!! They have grown very quickly over the past year and have a fantastic opportunity for a senior logistics specialist to join their business as a Logistics Manager. This role will definitely offer a wide scope of responsibilities other than logistics as you would also be charge inbound and outbound stock to and from the warehouse to their customers.
The Role
As the Logistics manager, you will be responsible for managing the International replenishment flows, customer distribution, direct deliveries and managing a team beneath you.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the distribution of products both internationally and domestically.
- Ensuring all 3PL contracts and relationships are up to date and efficient.
- Taking ownership of the supply chain distribution costs.
- Leadership of a team of 4+
About You:
Your previous experience will look something like this:
- 3+ years working within the FMCG industry (ideally drinks)
- Strong team management experience (team of 4)
- Logistics management and inventory control background
- Good knowledge of working closely with warehouse and distribution team
- Enjoys working in a very fast pace environment
