The Role
As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be a part of their sophisticated logistics network. Managing the customer and logistics partner relationships. You will be managing the complete customer order cycle, ensuring product is tracked and delivered on time and in full.
In short, the role is a good mixture of Export, Order Processing and Customer Service.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing orders for both UK and international customers.
- Management of international 3PLs warehouses and freight forwarders
- Ensuring Export documentations are correct.
- Work closely with planners to ensure orders are aligned with forecasts.
- Communicating with customers if there are any issues with the order.
- Supporting the wider supply chain team on projects and areas of improvement
About You
You are a person who can accurately process orders in a speedy fashion. Being able to work under pressure doesn’t phase you, in fact you thrive off it. Attention to detail is key to this role you will be targeted on order accuracy. Experience of working with B2B customers will also be highly advantageous.
Other desirables include knowledge of deep sea and road freight (bill of landing, certificate of origins, etc) and experience of using an ERP system.
